We are so excited to be offering Boot Camp again, with
Robbi and Dawn!

Boot camp is a low-choregraphy and high intensity class offering a
challenge for all.  Accountability, nutrition, sprints, speed & agility
work, weight training, jump roping, plyometrics and much more
together to create a power house of a workout.
