mistakes and exercise-related injuries.

Provide positive encouragement, motivation, and accountability.
A personal trainer can assist with weight loss, exercise performance and improved
wellness.

11+ Sessions                    $35.00                $30.00

Group Trainings (4 or more people)  
Work as a small group in a class-like setting - $70.00 1 hour sessions

Body Fat % Test: $20.00
