Cycling-  Highly motivating, fun, and social, this group cycling class offers a challenging workout for all fitness levels.  Energetic
and encouraging instructors guide you in riding your way to a leaner, stronger body.      
                                     
Cardio Fusion-  Touches on all aspects of a fitness program: aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility
cardio movements, stability ball, and toning with weights.   
                                        
Power Yoga-  Want to try a different approach to fitness?  Yoga offers a unique approach to health and fitness through a
combination of breathing techniques, stretches, and muscle toning and balance exercises that are beneficial to individuals at all
fitness levels.  
                                               
Pilates-  This class focuses on the core (low back and abdominals) muscle groups to build strength, stabilization, and a tighter
waistline through stability ball and resistance exercises.  Additional focus is given to a progressive total body workout to shape
and strengthen all muscle groups.         
                                      
Core-Set-  Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your
abdomen, back and glute muscles while increasing your balance and flexibility through functional moves.
                                                                                                   
Energy Extreme- This class if for all fitness levels! You can expect a different challenge each week to keep your body burning    
  optimum calories.  Cardio, strength training and flexibility will be included in every workout.        

YogaPilates -   YogaPilates combines the flexibility, meditative, and weight loss elements of Yoga, with the muscle
strengthening and toning of Pilates.  This combination of disciplines creates a strong, streamlined body, leaving you feeling
taller, leaner and with a strong sense of health and well-being.

The Firm - A total body workout to shape and strengthen muscles using free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and you
body weight.    


Boot Camp - This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge for all!  Accountability, nutrition, sprints, speed
and agility work, weight training , jump roping, plymetrics and much more come together to create a power house of a workout.

 is a class designed to increase muscular strength , range of motion and functional activities for daily living.

       
CARDIO CIRCUIT -  Is a standing class alternation segments of non-impact cardio work with muscular strength and

FITNESS CENTER & CARDIO THEATER
Burn calories, shed excess weight and build a strong cardiovascular system all while watching and listening to your choice of 1 of 4
televisions or 1 of 4 cable music stations through your personal headset.  Cardiovascular exercise reaps a mountain of rewards
both physically and mentally to help you live long, healthy, and happy.

THE WEIGHT  ROOM
The weight room is loaded with opportunities for progress and full of machine and free weight stations to help you shape and
strengthen your muscles.  
FITNESS ORIENTATION
Fitness Orientations are free and available for members to
become acquainted with our equipment.  During your
orientation, a trained Fitness Staff person will show you how to
use each of our machines and answer any questions you
might have about proper technique and gym etiquette.
FITNESS CONSULTAION
Fitness Consultations are free and available for members
who want to design a program based on the specific
fitness goals they want to accomplish.  Our trained Fitness
Staff will sit down with you, one-on-one, and discuss goals
and a plan for reaching those goals through cardio
exercise, strength training, and good nutrition.
Orientations and Consultation  can be scheduled at the Member Services Desk.
