FITNESS ORIENTATION
Fitness Orientations are free and available for members to
become acquainted with our equipment.  During your
orientation, a trained Fitness Staff person will show you how
might have about proper technique and gym etiquette.
FITNESS CONSULTAION
Fitness Consultations are free and available for members who want
to design a program based on the specific fitness goals they want
to accomplish.  Our trained Fitness Staff will sit down with you,
one-on-one, and discuss goals and a plan for reaching those goals
through cardio exercise, strength training, and good nutrition.
