GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
These are a great way to stay motivated!    
Enthusiastic instructors are there to lead you in a
variety of different exercises to help you achieve and
maintain your optimal fitness level.  All classes are
open to beginners and people at all  fitness levels and
are a great place to make new friends, too! Get
